So taken for granted, until we feel tired, energy is important for everything we do , every move we make . Even thinking requires energy . It is the root of all achievement, both at home and work. It is essential to our performance, our relationships, our achievements and our life fulfilment. It is the basis of our ability to gain knowledge and qualifications, our work and life experiences. It is the foundation of our communication with the world, our drive to accomplish, our relationships and social interaction. It is fuelled by nutrition and powered by the state of our bodily processes in a dynamic self-perpetuating circle .Except that is when parts of that dynamic begin to slow down when one ingredient or another falls victim to damage or atrophy. Such damage is usually slow and progressive in nature and invariably is noticed only when calamity strikes.
Awareness of how the energy provision cycle of the body works and the exercise and nutritional requirements which perpetuate the cycle can long delay the slowing down process and maintain and vigour and enthusiasm throughout life.
Indeed , since nutrition and exercise are such key functions in the cycle , regeneration from degenerative disease and recovery of lost potential are much more attainable than most people would realise. Just start looking at what you eat and how well you care for your body and not only will many problems disappear but many new opportunities will take their place.
