There are many ways in which we can make our lives easier ,more fulfilling and less stressful by ensuring that we take care of our bodies and minds and avoiding the impact of the environment and by optimising our abilities. Some simple rules are  physical some are more psychological, some just involve time and the way we use it. We could spend all day listing issues which impact on us.

Physically........
.....Look after your body...

  • Start getting to know more about your body so that you can understand how it works and what you have to do to maintain and strengthen it.
  • Doctors can’t do it for you. They can only advise and prescribe when things go wrong.You are the only one who can keep it in shape.Most people don’t think about their bodies until something goes wrong.

Maintenance is essential and should be part of your routine.Remember your body’s not like a car .You can’t buy a new one when it stops working and there are plenty of things in our day to day world that will help it to do just that.Be aware ,take your body seriously.Look after it.
Learn about the right exercises and  find out about nutritional deficiencies  and their effect on energy and health.Fill in the questionnaire on this site and find out something about your own probable nutritional status
Learn about things like  Honey ,Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Aloe Vera , Water, Pollution , Low Sugar Foods , Meat  Milk< Wheat and Parasites . Speak to a natural nutritionist .
Get on the right path. and , get used to doing things now.
Stop wasting time .It’s one of your most precious resources.Speak to a professional  who can tell you why .

On the psychological side of things
Bullies , Manipulators, Bossy people, Know-it-alls, the controllers ,  the Selfish and the ‘Sharp-tongued’. They distract you  ! They pull you down !
Don’t put up with them ! Don’t engage with them ! Don’t try to change them or fight them ! They won’t change ! They  will only sap your energy !

BUT ...Don’t give in to them ...Don’t do what they want...Just don’t have them in your life...They aren’t for you.   WORK FOR ‘NICE’ COMPANIES AMONGST ‘NICE’ PEOPLE .  Surround yourself with positive ,go-getting , helpful people. Learn to discriminate . Work out who you are . What is your personality type ? How does it best relate to others and how do they relate to you? Your coach will help you sort out this type of problem.

Take a real interest in what you eat .

Get together a good, easily manageable exercise programme.

List all the things you would really like to be doing and to achieve in life.

Up-date the list every 6 months.

Have a 1 year, a 5 year and a long term plan.

Don’t try to do everything at once.

You can do anything but not everything.

Make personal time for yourself- whoever you are and however much you have to do.

Always be learning about something.

Don’t run with the herd. Work your opinions out for yourself.

Take an interest in what happens in the world. Keep up to date with current affairs and think ahead. Predict the future. Be ready for it.

Learn about  Milk  & Wheat Products & Sugar and other foods which are not good for you.
